Sebastian Middle School (2016 – 2019: Title I Comprehensive Middle School with focus on project-based learning, technology infusion and STEM Certification.
Valley Ridge Academy (2014- 2016): Served as Principal opening a new K-8 School in third fastest growing community in USA. The vision was to implement Middle Year Program (IB) and expand to Primary Years (PYP) thereafter.
St. Johns Technical High School (2011-2014): Principal at a Turnaround School as identified by state standards. Focus was on reconstitution, recruiting teachers and business partners coupled with a focus on Career & Technical education.
Alice B. Landrum Middle School (2007-2011): Principal at National Blue Ribbon Middle School with focus on academic rigor and applied learning. Focus was a building a Pre-AP program using curriculum from Laying the Foundation.

Switzerland Point Middle School (2006-2007): Served as AP to two Principals with primary responsibilities including schedule building and interfacing with feeder elementary schools.
St. Johns Technical High School (2003-2006): Served as AP as two schools were merged and moved to a Technical College Campus. A primary focus was on industry certifications and occupation completion points.
